Chapter 1. General Provisions
1.1) drawn up on the basis of Art. 4 of the Act of 15 November 1984 Transport Law of Poland(consolidated text Journal of Acts of 2000, No. 50 item 601).
1.2) Definitions of terms used in the rules:
a) Carrier - firm Bialystok Ekspres Sp. z o.o. with an office 15-237 Bialystok, Mickiewicza street,80/2, and firm OOO Grodno Ekspres with an office 230025 Grodno, Zamkowaja street,11-205
b) Passenger - people who use the Carrier's service, according to paid ticket.
c) Contract of Carriage - the contract concluded between the Carrier and the Passenger at the moment of booking a bus ticket; the Carrier undertakes to carry for a specified amount of money the passenger and his luggage from the selected place to a destination.
d) Transportation Service – transportation of the passenger by a bus in the booked day.
e) E-ticket – document entitling passengers to use transportation services in the designated period, at a particular time and on the agreed and paid price. Electronic Ticket Passenger must prints with Online bus booking system.
f) Bus - road vehicle used by the Carrier to the provision of transport services.
g) Online bus booking system – system that allows passengers to buy a ticket for a specific Carrier's bus and print e-ticket. The system works on the website biletbus.pl
Chapter 2. Booking and purchasing a ticket
2.1) Booking by Online bus booking system means conclude the Contract of Carriage and adoption of Regulation.
2.2) Transportation Service means final booking step and need to make payment through Online bus booking system.
2.3) Carrier allows a payment by cash in the bus only when vacant seats are available. Price for ticket by cash is established by the Carrier.
Chapter 3. Trip
3.1) Passengers must arrive at the stop indicated in timetables at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure of the bus.
3.2) The Passenger should take place in the bus indicated by the driver.
3.3) The Passenger must have printed E-ticket.
3.4) Passenger with ticket to both direction from Grodno to Bialystok, and from Bialystok to Grodno valid in one day has ability to "Hop-On-Hop-off":
a) get off the bus at any stops in Bialystok specified in the schedule.
b) get into buses at any stops in Bialystok specified in the schedule.
c) use of any buses of the Carrier while travel between stops in Białystok.
d) quantity of hop-on and hop-off is not limited till the time of departure from Bialystok.
e) when the time of departure indicated on the return ticket come, "Hop-on-Hop-off" is no more valid.
3.5) Passengers are obliged to observe order regulations binding in transport and recommendations of the staff.
3.6) The passenger is responsible for the damage caused to the Carrier and to other passengers.
3.7) Passengers who intentionally or not specifically polluted vehicle shall pay the price an equivalent of Carrier damage, but not less than 500 zlotych.
3.8) If the vehicle has seat belts, the Passenger shall be fastened these belts the whole trip.
3.9) Children up to 12 years shorter than 150 cm must be carried in a child seat or other device designed for carrying children. Accompanying the child is required to pre-book or on their own to ensure the child such a chair. The child should the whole trip is fastened safety seat.
3.10) The carrier has the right not to put passenger into the bus or to refuse to travel further without a return of funds spent by passengers on the ticket in case:
a) does not comply with Rules of carriage described here,
b) It is in a state after drinking or under the influence of intoxicating means.
c) It is behaving provocatively towards other passengers or the driver.
3.11) Legal consequences of the events listed in section 3.9 of this paragraph shall be borne by the passenger. Using Carrier powers referred to in this paragraph shall not entitle the passenger to claim any compensation and reimbursement of expenses for a reservation and purchase a ticket.
3.12) In the buses is prohibited to drink alcohol, smoke or use drugs.
3.13) Carrier will endeavor to carry the passenger and his luggage in a timely manner, in accordance with the agreed schedule, but for reasons beyond his control, he could not guarantee it.
3.14) Carrier is not liable for delays and their further consequences caused by administrative factors (border control / police check/ and the like), or other factors beyond the control of the Carrier (eg, weather conditions, traffic jams)..
Chapter 4. Luggage
4.1) Each part of the passenger's luggage transported in the luggage compartment must be signed by the name of the passenger, in accordance with your ticket. Obligation to sign the baggage lies on the Passenger.
4.2) The passenger is entitled to a free baggage allowance quantity 1 piece weighing up to 40 kg, as well as hand luggage, referred to in paragraph 4.3.
4.3) Passengers may take to the bus baggage weighing up to 10 kg and dimensions that allow its free placement under the seat. The size of hand luggage must not harass other passengers.
4.4) In the case of transportation of excess baggage Passenger must pre-book and buy one more ticket. Additional ticket entitles you to transport an additional 2 items of baggage weighing up to 40 kg and a maximum size of each 50x50x80 cm, as well as one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of luggage 5 kg and a maximum size of luggage 60x40x20 cm.
4.5) Transportation of sports equipment such as skis, surfboards need to purchase an additional ticket.
4.6) The carrier has the right to refuse to accept the luggage if he does not meet the requirements set out in the rules.
4.7) If the passenger carries non-standart baggage he should notify it by telephone no later than 17:00 on the day before the departure.
4.8) Carrier's liability for luggage carried in the baggage compartments is limited of 1000 zł. In the case of transport of goods greater value, such as electronic equipment, passengers report on this to the driver when passing luggage.
4.9) The carrier is not responsible for the luggage outside the baggage compartments.
4.10) The Carrier shall not be liable for damages, loss or damage of cash, jewelery, securities, electronic equipment and objects of scientific, artistic or collector.
4.11) Items left in the vehicles out of forgetfulness or other reasons, do not fall under the protection and responsibility of the Carrier.
4.12) Passengers may submit a complaint concerning baggage carried in the luggage compartment in writing to the carrier. A prerequisite is an oral complaint to the driver at the time of unloading of luggage and receive from him a written confirmation of the addition the complaint, indicating the type of damage occurring.
Chapter 5. Electronic payments
5.1) Passengers can make payment for the transportation service using one of the following methods:
a) Internet banking,
b) bank cards.

Chapter 6. Complaints
6.1) Claims arising from the implementation of the contract of carriage should be sent to the carrier in writing only. A person authorized to lodge complaints is the passenger or his legal guardian. Complaints submitted by third parties, are not considered. When submitting a claim you must provide your order number.
6.2) Complaints about the services must be provided to the carrier no later than within 2 months after the date of the service.
6.3) All complaints are dealt within 14 working days from the date of receipt of a written complaint by the Carrier, taking into account situations in which there is a need for further clarification of the Passenger.
Chapter 7. Ticket cancellation
To return the ticket, in the period not earlier than 600 minutes before the departure of the bus, the passenger must use option "Change / Refund" on the website.
Carrier not later than within 14 days make refund minus the commission 20%
7.1) Refund for a ticket purchased by bank card, will be made directly to the card account.
7.2) Refund for a ticket purchased from an intermediary is made in the place where ticket was purchased.
No compensation of the ticket price if client cancel jorney later than 600 minutes before the departure of the bus.
Chapter 8. The security policy of personal data
8.1) Pursuant to Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter: GDPR), we guarantee the confidentiality of personal information of the Passenger, which comes to us via the Online bus ticketing system.
8.2) Seller warrants that the personal data of the buyer will be processed solely for the purposes of the contract and for marketing seller purposes.
8.3) In the cases and under the conditions specified in GDPR, the Buyer has the right to require that the processing of personal data has been temporarily or permanently suspended or removed, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the law or are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were going, and also has the right to submit a written statement on the termination of the processing of his personal data.
8.4) Seller will not process or provide third parties with information about the customer and orders made by him.
Chapter 9. Final provisions
In the event of an irregular situation and are not described in these rules should be applied: the Act of 15 November 1984 Transport Law of Poland(consolidated text Journal of Acts of 2000, No. 50 item 601), the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code of Poland (Journal of Laws 1964, No. 16, item 93).
